It is not uncommon for a buyer to be looking for a property that has the potential to make them a little income on the side, or a buyer that is out for their first rental property.  Even the most seasoned agent could have trouble answering questions about insurance for income properties, like what happens when the tenant catches the kitchen on fire, or what if a pipe burst.  This course aims to education the real estate agent on insurance coverages for landlords and how it compares to the traditional homeowner’s policy.  The agent can help their buyer better protect their long-term investment, leaving both the buyer and tenants reassured.
