Prior to the most recent pandemic, COVID-19, business as usual meant handshakes, public open houses, home showings in the fly, among many other social gatherings. Now, those handshakes are waves through a camera, and open houses are private. This course is designed to transition the real estate agents’ thinking on what is still possible during a pandemic, and how to be best prepared to deal with the unexpected.
